I purchased 2 tickets for an event for Feb 2017. Paid $437.37!

I kinda thought , ok the tickets were maybe worth the $168 a piece, but I didn't see the $44 and change service charge for each ticket. Then some friends suggested I look for cheaper tickets and get a refund. So, I went on line and found them for $76 a piece, and purchase another 2 thinking I could get my money back for my first purchase. When I tried to contact them, it would go through the recording, saying to dial this number and stay on the line, then hang up on you.

The website only gives you emails to send an email to, and the phone number supposedly to customer service (recording) never goes through. I will NEVER buy from them again.

And if I can spread I will spread the word on the internet and to the better business bureau, and to anyone else who will listen, I will let them know they are a wayyyyyy over priced and not to buy from them. Look elsewhere, any where but at Box Office Tickets.

Product or Service Mentioned: Box Office Tickets Riverdance Show Ticket.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $285.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Price gauging, Unable to contact a real person to talk to me.

bought two tickets @ $58.30 face value for $118 each. A $119.40 loss.

Then they hit me with $66 service charge and $7.50 email fee to send me tickets.

Another $73.50 loss. total loss $192.90!!!
