Bought tickets to two concerts through them. The first one was inexpensive and everything showed up as it was supposed to.

Tickets by email at least 36 hours before the show. The second was more expensive and the tickets never showed up. They claim they emailed them and refuse to refund. In checking with my bank I find that they also overcharged me $ 150.00.

They can think the phone call requesting a refund was it but I will be publishing something every day until these people find religion !!!!

They have 131 issues on this site alone and none of them have been resolved !!! You do not want to take a chance with this company, buy your after market concert tickets somewhere reliable !!!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: First transaction.

I didn't like: Not having my tickets delivered and not being able to see show.
